Updating or Canceling an Owner's Reservations or Blocked Dates

Updating or canceling an owner's reservations or blocked dates

Follow the instructions to edit or cancel an owner's reservation via the Owners Portal.

Note:

Only future stays can be updated/edited.
Once an owner reservation is canceled, the selected dates will be available on all booking channels.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to the Owners Portal.
  2. Select the relevant listing.
  3. Click a date on the calendar.
  4. Click on the dates of the reservation (marked in blue).
  5. To edit a reservation:
    1. In the pop-up, update the relevant reservation dates or times.
    2. Click Update.
  6. To cancel the reservation:
    1. In the pop-up, update the relevant reservation dates to cancel.
    2. Click Cancel reservation.
    3. Click Yes, cancel reservation.
